About this event

Once Upon a Book 2022 is a book event celebrating the fantastical adventures found at the turn of every page! This is a family-friendly event, with fun activities for all ages. Join us for panel discussions, a catered dinner and awards show, raffles & prizes, and our all-star author signing!

Are there ID or minimum age requirements to enter the event?

This a family-friendly event open to people of ALL ages! 

What are my transportation/parking options for getting to and from the event?

Parking at the venue is free. Bishop International Airport, the closest airport, is a thirty-minute drive from our venue. Detroit Metro is roughly an hour a way. You will need a rental car, cab, or uber if you are flying in for the event.  

What can't I bring into the event?

Authors/Vendors are not allowed to sell or hand out any form of food or drink at their tables per resort regulations.

Is my registration/ticket transferrable?

Any changes must be made through the event coordinator to be valid.

What's the refund policy?

The last date for refunds is April 23rd, 2021. No exceptions will be made. 

Do I have to bring my printed ticket to the event?

That is not necessary, your purchase through Eventbrite is immediately added to our database.
