More Resources to Support Black-Owned Businesses

This week’s blog entry is a bit different.

See, what had happened was a lovely reader by the name of Emma reached out to me to thank me for last year’s entry Resources to Fight Racial Injustice. And in that email she also directed me to yet another resource, this one specifically focusing on supporting black-owned businesses.

Many, many thanks to Emma for reaching out and providing this great resource. Just to name a few, I’m excited to explore Neighborhood Fiber Co. (y’all know I have a slight obsession with pretty yarn), some of these gorgeous eyeshadow palettes from Ace Beaute and bakery-themed brushes from Beauty Bakerie, literally all the honey-based products at BeeLove, and the fantabulous pins at Rayo and Honey.

And you can support black-owned bookshops like The Lit Bar thru my favorite book-buying site Bookshop dot org.

I can also attest from personal experience that the wine from McBride Sisters is delicious (I especially like their Black Girl Magic Riesling…

As is Red Bay Coffee (I got their Saigon latte multiple times when I was in San Francisco last month). But I need to try both Maison Noir Wines and Adjourn Tea House.
